Why Schools Choose the Gallus
The Gallus Plus and Gallus Flat Plus are Akrobat's public-use trampolines, which we supply and support from Devon. They are designed for playgrounds and schools rather than home gardens, and both are certified to EN 1176, the European standard for public playground equipment.
- Certified to EN 1176 for public playground equipment
- Full safety net enclosure, 180cm high, with a protective steel top ring
- Self-closing entrance door
- UV and tear resistant net, and UV and water resistant 30mm safety padding
- AkroSpring Pro springs and AkroVent jumping mat
- Grey-black or green-yellow enclosure, with a matching safety pad and black jumping mat
- Above ground model includes a ladder and tool-free assembly using safety pins
- Made to order in Europe, delivered across the UK
Choosing Between Above Ground and Flat to the Ground
Both models share the same enclosure and specification. What differs is the groundwork.

Safety, Siting and Inspection
The certificate covers the trampoline itself, but the area around it matters too. It needs enough clear space and a suitable surface, and the installation manual includes free-fall space and impact attenuation guidance. Please check your school's risk assessment and your insurer's requirements, include the trampoline in your regular playground inspections, and talk to us if you would like help choosing a size or position.
The Gallus is for public use only. For a home trampoline, see our family trampoline range.
How Ordering Works
- Quotes: email us your school name, postcode, the type and size you want and the quantity, and we will send a quote.
- Purchase orders and invoices: you can order by purchase order or invoice instead of through the website. Payment is required in advance, before we place your order, as we do not offer credit terms.
- Several trampolines or several schools: tell us the quantities and we will give you one combined quote.
- Delivery: made to order and shipped from the manufacturer's EU hub, approximately 6 to 8 weeks, delivered across the UK.
- Warranty: 1 year on the frame, safety pads, springs, jumping mat and net.

We don't install trampolines ourselves, but we have trusted partners who can help schools with groundworks and installation, and we will gladly put you in touch. Give us your postcode when you ask for a quote. The Gallus Plus has tool-free assembly using safety pins, while the Gallus Flat Plus needs a pit, so we recommend a qualified contractor. The installation manual has the exact pit dimensions and is available on request.
Spares, Maintenance and Refurbishment
We supply spare parts, so a worn part does not mean replacing the whole trampoline. We recommend regular checks of the springs, jumping mat, safety pads and net, following the maintenance guidance in the manual.
- Spares and replacement parts: pads, beds, nets and other parts.
- 2-string bed refurbishment: if your school already has a Super Tramp trampoline with a 2-string bed, our specialist team can refurbish it. We recommend refurbishing a 2-string bed every 2 to 5 years, usually between 1 September and 31 March (quote agreed before any work starts).
